MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK

Tracking numbers may take 0–1 business day to update in the courier’s system.

If your tracking number does not update after a few days, please contact the courier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.


WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible unused items in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats, supplements, and certain health products may not be eligible for return.
